Ubisoft announced yesterday that it has made a deal with Japanese content publisher VIZ Media, concerning the popular anime and manga series Naruto. The deal enables Ubisoft to create an Xbox 360 game based on the series.
Ubisoft representatives did not disclose any information about the game, only saying that ”Naruto´s ninja and martial arts themes are a perfect match for video games, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the characters and become part of the action.”
The game has been confirmed only to North and South America and it is due to release in 2007.
