Ubisoft, one of the world´s largest game publishers, has reported it´s sales figures for third quarter of 2006-2007. Target breaking sales were up 24 % to 311 million euros. Sales growth forecast for full year 2006-2007 were revised upwards to 16 % when previous estimate was 10-12 %.
Especially Tom Clancy´s Rainbow Six: Las Vegas had positive impact on Ubisoft´s sales. Game was ranked as the third best-seller in December in the United States. Xbox is the most significant platform for Ubisoft, contributing 30 % of sales.
Ubisoft will publish Blazing Angels Secret Missions, Tom Clancy´s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Xbox 360 before April 2007. Ubisoft expects particularly good sales for GRAW2, because the first release sold 2,9 million units worldwide. According to rumors a demo is soon coming to Xbox Live Marketplace.
